WELCOME - WHEN YOU'RE HERE, YOU'RE FAMILY

Every Sunday we gather together as a community of friends and family. Both the 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM services are conducted with dignity in the Presbyterian tradition. Every Sunday we have a time of celebration with music, prayer, and a Biblical message. During the summer months, the 8:30 AM service is moved to Ocean Isle Beach where people from all over the United States join in ecumenical worship on the sandy Atlantic ocean shore.

Sunday Service

  • Labor Day - Memorial Day Worship in Sanctuary 8:30am. Sunday School 9:45am. Worship in the Sanctuary at 11:00am
  • Special Services Easter Sunday & Thanksgiving 8:30am Driftwood Access on Ocean Isle Beach
  • Memorial Day - Labor Day Early Service 8:30am Driftwood beach Access. NO Sunday School. Worship in the Sanctuary at 11:00am. Nursery will be provided at 11:00am 

What to Expect

Parking

Parking is pretty simple here, worship service parking is on the right of the building. The office is on the left.

Arrival Time

Many people arrive 30 minutes early to sign the attendance pads and catch up with friends.

From flip-flops to wingtips, we have it all. Be relaxed or dress it up—we'll be happy to see you.

Worship Style

The Shallotte congregation joyfully worships in a beautiful sanctuary, which also inspires worshipers to sing praises to the glory of God led by a talented choir. During the summer months, our 8:30 AM service is held on Ocean Isle Beach at Driftwood Access.

Teaching Style

Every worship service and Sunday school class involves a Biblically-focused message. We love to learn.

Our Ministries

Serve on Sundays

Giving back is so important. We love our neighbors and this city. Find a place to serve today! Be the first to greet our worshipers to the Sanctuary, serve as an usher and offer worship bulletins to all. Contact.......

Community

We are grateful to be able to support many local organizations who use our church facilities for their meetings. Here are some of the current groups who meet here: Red Cross Blood Drives, Quilters, Newcomers, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Friends of the Library

Youth

Calling all kiddos! We care so much for each child that walks through the door. Children meet at 9:45AM in our Sunday School classroom. Learn more about our classrooms, our team, and even the curriculum we use.

Creative Media Ministry

Have an artistic bent and a passion to create? There are volunteer opportunities and even a part-time position listed for our Creative Media Ministry.

Winter Worship

Lots of things are happening this winter! We're ready to worship together inside, make a difference in the community and have a lot of fun. Meet with us on each Sunday morning!
