Meetings held as called second Tuesday of month.
1. Reviews needs, secures cost estimates and secures additional movable property as guided by Session.
2. Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of all grounds.
3. Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of all permanent and movable property.
4. Responsible for custodial care of buildings and property, as well as oversight of contract custodian. Coordinates policies (as approved by Session) regulating the use of all buildings and equipment.
5. In conjunction with the Stewardship & Finance Committee, reviews church insurance coverage and make recommendations to the Session as necessary.
6. Responsible to insure that all safety and fire procedures are followed concerning properties and buildings.
7. Responsible for renovation and additions to buildings; the securing of bids, oversight of work and approval of payment as guided by Session.
